The management of Luxol were looking for an automated solution in order to streamline the booking process of customers.
Apart from building a calendar system for the sports complex to facilitate single or recurring booking slots, a customer dashboard was also introduced. A number of key features we implemented, significantly reduced the man hours required by staff, by automating notifications and, reminders for customers through SMS and Email APIs. End of day reports and detailed statistics dashboards enabled data-driven decisions for the management.
